Founder and Director
Jackline is the Founder and Director of OrcaPod Solutions. She is a trained teacher with over eight years of professional teaching and training experience, spanning academic instruction, leadership facilitation, and organizational development. She holds a master’s degree in education (Leadership and Management) and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Leadership and Management) at Kabarak University, where she also serves as a Lecturer. Her academic and professional work is anchored in strengthening leadership practice, governance systems, and performance-driven institutional management. In addition, Jackline has undertaken the Certified Secretaries (CS) course with Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board, strengthening her competence in corporate governance, board practices, compliance, and organizational accountability. As a consultant, Jackline plays a central role in the design and delivery of OrcaPod Solutions’ training programs, ensuring they are evidence-based, context-responsive, and impact-oriented. She is particularly passionate about translating leadership theory into practical skills that enhance decision-making, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.

Paul has undertaken several high-level professional development programs, including: Strategic Leadership Development Programme – Kenya School of Government (KSG), Senior Management Course – Kenya School of Government, Supervisory Skills Course, Student Leadership Development, Career Services, Basic Counselling Skills, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention. Paul has a masters degree in Education (leadership and Management). Paul is the Deputy Principal (Administration) at Rift Valley National Polytechnic. Additionally, he has undertaken a Certified Secretaries (CS) course with the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB). These programmes have equipped him with strong competencies in strategic planning, leadership, governance, performance management, and institutional transformation. Paul brings over a decade of progressive experience in leadership and student affairs, having served in various senior and mid-level roles, including: Deputy Head of Department, Guidance and Counseling – 6 years, Deputy Management Representative (ISO) –3 years, Management Representative (ISO) –3 years, Deputy Dean of Students –3years, Dean of Students –3years, Lead Facilitator for Student Union Elections and Leadership Training –4years. He has led institutional reforms in student governance, strengthened student welfare systems, and coordinated credible student leadership elections anchored on Paul has successfully designed and facilitated student leadership induction and governance training programmes in various TVET institutions: Rift Valley National Polytechnic, Rift Valley Training Institute, Kapchepkor TVC, Nyamira National Polytechnic, Kipsoen National Polytechnic, Maasai Mara TVC. His facilitation approach is practical, interactive, and values-driven, focusing on ethical leadership, teamwork, communication, conflict management, and effective student representation.
